Saw this little chap, last Monday 23rd April in our patch of Ninewells Wood. I had seen them last year, maybe his Mum or Dad? I am not sure about their life cycle. Do they overwinter as adults or is this one newly hatched out?  Either way it was good to see him.

Seems to have a small amount of muck on his back end… pity as it detracts a bit.
