Recently I have been lucky enough to regularly see Buzzards visiting Ninewells wood. They have always been about and one individual I recognise as it has one eye that looks damaged. I first saw it last summer (2023) and I have nicknamed it ‘Halfeye’, when I first saw it I thought it was a young one as it looked somewhat scruffy and the yellow on its beak was quite a light colour. This is Halfeye she is bigger and has a crescent shaped whiter area on her breast.
